I was in great need of a haircut and decided to try this salon early saturday morning January 7,2012 and there was no problem getting service I was the first customer the stylist seemed fairly friendly but young and then things changed right after the shampooing was done I got to the chair and I heard and felt my hair being torn into sections and said wow is my hair that dried out cuz i use cream rinse at home and i have hard water but never seen or felt my hair like i was seeing and feeling at this moment. I then realized she used no cream rinse and i didnt say anything then and we discussed layers and she said she knew what I wanted and then I tried having a conversation with her and she seemed very short and unfriendly with replies so for the next 15 min or so I would try to look in the mirror to see how my cut was looking and was told to hold my head still and kind of down so until the cut was done i never got a good look until I got home and I had a major chop job.
