I had a referral from previous nieghbor for a truck mounted carpet cleaning professional. My carpet has never been this clean and I have issues with my pet and stains come back 2 to 3 weeks after my brothers crew cleans my carpet. It has been 6 weeks now and I will never use another company again even if it is free. Sorry Bro.
Upholstery Cleaning
I would like to write this from the bottom of my heart that I was really impressed by the way Mr. Robert and his brother help me overcome the dilemma I was in when I dropped a bottle of ink on my new carpet. I was very, very apprehensive and was told by many that it would be difficult (next to impossible) to take the stain off, but to my greatest surprise, when I phoned Robert, he came in and expeditiously carried out the task ahead of him. He not only made me comfortable, but also tried his best on his own to remove the stains as much as possible and I really think he was God sent, at that moment in time. He has, since, given two more treatments to my carpet and was economical in his pricing. I definitely recommend him and his team to any one who needs carpet and upholstery cleaning and he will be on top of my family's list, if we ever need such kind of services again. May God bless him and his family.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
Specialized Surfaces work with professional technicians using a revolutionary tile and grout cleaning process that will restore your tiles original beauty and colors.
Vacuuming
Yes, if you regularly maintain your carpets by vacuuming, etc., or if they have light to moderate soiling over a one year period. A. No, if you do not maintain your carpets or they become heavily soiled in the same one year period. In this ease, more frequent cleanings (steam) would be a better value.
Steam Cleaning
Mopping or steam cleaning alone can not achieve the kind of tile and grout cleaning results that a “Specialized†technician can. Expert technicians are qualified to use the most advanced heavy duty tile and grout cleaning equipment, products and technology in the market today. The technicians use a unique system that includes powerful steam machinery that will get the tiles clean without adding harmful chemicals.
€œHot water extraction†(HWE) is the technical name for (and exactly the same as) “steam†cleaning. If there is a difference, it is that the dry cleaners’ HWE system is a less effective, low-impact process modified primarily for fast drying times. Additionally, after a strong pre-spray is applied in high traffic areas, the same “natural†dry cleaning agent that is used as the primary cleaning chemical in their bonnet-buffing process is also used as the final rinsing agent in their HWE process. (Confused? You’re not alone!)... In contrast a typical steam cleaner will rinse with a true or dedicated rinsing solution after the pre-spray, again, leaving less residue.
