No Service After the Sale

Here is what happened: We had Unity install kitchen counters about 8 months ago.

About 3 months ago the counter developed a medium size chip on the edge and I called Cheryl to have it looked at (not necessarily asking for warranty) I just wanted to see if it could be repaired. She promised to have one of the guys come and look at it. I left a few weeks go by and did a follow up call and Cheryl told me the same thing. After another call or two and 2 emails that got totally ignored I have yet to hear from them. I allowed this to go on for about 3 months in hopes that they were not giving me the run around. I am very disappointed especially since a had a referral for these people.

Excellent craftsmanship. Job done well and on time. I would recommend John for any job. Couldn't be happier!

The granite counter top in my kitchen is absolutely beautiful. I always get great compliments! Not to mention the marble on my fireplace and phone stand. Astonishing! Unity's serivce is on time and very professional.. I will use them again for any granite or marble project that I do in the future!

I put a new kitchen in and I couldn't help but think about how beautiful granite would be. I looked to Unity Marble and Granite and have not regretted it. This is a superb piece of work and it is the centerpiece of our kitchen without a doubt. Amazing how meticulous Unity was in making this the perfect fit for our home. No staining, no cutting marks, no chipping, granite is the ultimate in look and durability!!!!

Very professional and excellent craftsmanship. Mr. Carlino went out of his way to meet my deadlines and make what I wanted happen.
