Perla's Appliances Plus

Was referred to them by LG. I never knew if or when the repairman was coming. Was never given a window of time like other companies give. Was told a repairman was coming and he did not show up. When I enquired the next day I was told he was coming then it was a mistake. I was rescheduled. When I called regarding arrival time I WAS TREATED RUDELY BY ROCCO. They denied having a work order even though they had already come. AVOID THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND DISORGANIZED

Fast response, delivery following day!!! Rocco (son) was courteous, knowledgeable and sent me exactly what I needed.The two guys that delivered did an EXCELLENT job. Definitely recommend!

The owner doesn't care about his customers. He blame the customer before accepting responsibility for his terrible service! Hell claim he's a family business when he attacks your review. If he's a family business, mom and dad made a mistake having him run it!

I like to shop local when I can, and was rewarded not only by getting THE very best pricing on my new washer and dryer, but also AMAZING delivery service! We have an old Pittsburgh house with lots of uneven stairs going up to it. On a 90+ degree day, these poor guys CARRIED each piece up since the dolly wouldn't do uneven stairs. They got everything leveled and set up perfectly. They tested each unit to be sure they were working properly, and even broke down the cardboard for our recycling! Seriously above and beyond. Thank you, Perla's!

Rocky was very informative.. did not try to sell anything.. He had the best prices (better than Home Depot and even Sams Club!!!) and great service.. I strongly recommend Perlas to anyone that wants to nurture hometown businesses!!! They are definitely a gem!

It is a family business and all family members are always helpful, knowledgeable and spend the time necessary to not only explain the product purchased but to explain the options. When service is necessary they have always provided it as needed and in a timely manner

Called for service on an 18 month old GE Profile electric stove. Steve White was the technician assigned to respond. He called to let me know when he anticipated arriving and arrived even before he anticipated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and immediately remedied the problem. He showed me the correct procedure to operate the function I thought was not working. He chatted briefly and was on his way. Since I had purchased an extended service warranty through Perla's for this appliance, I was not charged for the service visit. I have been pleased with the last two service calls I had requested through Perla's Appliances Plus.

We called about a washer making strange motor noises and leaving oil on the floor. they came and diagnosed a bad motor, said it would be $300 to fix and it would be better to order a new machine . went to the store, found a floor model at a very good price. new machine install went flawlessly; their install people were great. i will never go to a big box store again for appliances.

They're just the best. Anything you want, they can get. Trustworthy and knowledgeable, and great service.

Came quickly and promptly. Fixed my problem for $85. Will use them again if the need should arise. Fixed my washer without charging me an arm and a leg.

Much less stressful than trying to buy at a big box store where they are always pushing for the sale.

Delivery was arranged at our convenience and they showed up exactly when scheduled. Removed our old appliances and installed the new in under an hour. Delivery - free! Installation - free! Hauling away our old appliances was only $14.

I can't say enough about this business. I've used them for appliances twice in the past eight months. Both times, they delivered the exact app,since I wanted in about 36 hours, no hassles. The delivery technicians are extremely friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Great experience with both my fridge and new oven. Love them both. This is my new go-to company for appliances. I have nothing but goods things to say about Perla's Appliance. I don't understand posts about the customer service or service/install because that was not my experience at all. I was interested in a Gas Range, Washer and Gas Dryer. I did My research upfront and contacted the store. Mr. Perla not only gave me info on the appaliances I picked but he also priced comparable models from other manufacturers. When they came to install, The installers were not only courteous they answered all the questions. They come highly recommended and you also support a local business.

As usual knowledgable about the appliances and willing to accommodate depsite weatehr conditions!
