Kapp's Green Lawn

I wish I read these before using them! I had a call before service... they did for general service but not for an extra we didn’t order! They had poor customer service from the start. We called to inquire about services and Actually told them not right now AND had it done by someone else two weeks before they came! No phone call, just came home to find a bill in our door for over $500! The manager said he made himself a note to come do it? You made a note? I made a note you’ll treat my lawn and e erroneous I knows lawn for free so does that mean that’s the plan? I called corporate they apparently talked to the note guy who then left me a voicemail that they’re not talking to me about it!

I contracted with Kapps for the summer 2014 to treat my lawn.
There were problems with my grass from the chemicals that they use. When I approached them about it they did not care. Most specifically the female who answers the phone. It cost me 2000 to replant new grass. I did this on my own.
I asked to speak with the manager several times - she would not have them call me. If anything she talked meanly each time I called.
