    the waterworks location is a fun place to goto. family of three and all left with full bellies and ready for a nap. go and try it for yourself.

    My family and I went to the Ichiban in the waterworks mall a few months ago and it was wonderful. So last night for my birthday my husband took my kids and I to the one in Cranberry. Never in my life have I ever had such an awful experience. I had ordered the emporers dinner, my husband had lobster and filet and one of our girls had ordered the chicken. The chef then put in terriaki sauce (not asked for!) into her chicken and our lobster and scallops!!! This ruined the entire portion of lobster and scallops that I was really looking forward to. Then to top everything off, my waiter asked if he could take my plate (still full of ALL the food, rice, noodles, fillet, shrimp, lobster and scallops). I told him I wanted to take it home. He then threw it all away. I was so infuriated at this point I asked the manager on duty to just take off my dinner from the bill. Because of this we have no plans to ever go there again. I just thought someone should know of the lack of service and food quality that there is there.

    if you really want fresh sushi go some place else. poorly trained chef, poorly trained wait staff. the management took no responcablity for the food or staffing short falls. airport location i guess this to be expected from a anglo chain.
