I recently called artfx because I heard that a couple artists moved shop and wanted to see if I could get any contact info to locate them. I was told they dont know and then was hung up on. I first walked in on a Sunday evening hoping for a walk-in. It was late so i had to set up an appointment for Tuesday with a newer artist i guess. After a while of searching i could not find a portfolio or locate any work by this artist and called the shop to voice my concerns. I was polite and did feel bad canceling with the first artist but the man on the phone highly recommended Joe to do my work. I had a modified image of the cover of my favorite movie done up on my leg and it looks FANTASTIC! Just some self inflicted confusion and an additional 2 days wait and i got exactly what i had hoped for and i would tell anyone to go see Joe for their work.

A month or so ago my wife, guide dog, Rosie, and I dropped into Art FX for the first time.My wife and I had a few tattoos between us but were very much looking for some artistic direction for our next selections. From the moment we were greeted by the world's friendliest receptionist, Jenny, we felt right at home. I began talking to shop owner Mark. My wife talked to shop co-owner Dawn. We both felt so comfortable with the cleanliness and tone of the shop we both walked out with great looking tattoos. The staff is courteous as well as talented artists. I'm headed back for another tattoo ASAP.
