My dog had an appointment at 9am on a Saturday morning to be shaved and bathed. I arrived right at 9 and they seemed very friendly. The lady told me it would be 2-3 hours and they would call me. 3 1/2 hours later I started getting worried and called. First I got the answering machine. I waited about 30 mins and called again. The woman answered and said they had gotten busy but he would be done. Seven hours later and no phone call, my husband finally went and picked our dog up. His cut looks terrible. Never again!
