Needed the heating serviced, called at 12pm and by 2pm an engineer had turned up. Amazing response. Courteous customer service. Service performed quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend Blue Dot.

wasted my time & salesman time. I was told he would evaluate my needs and offer choices (manufacturer, models...) he gave only 1 choice... they must buy in bulk & push what they inventory.

Technician never showed up, didn't even call. Worse service

Had to have air conditioner unit replaced in my home. Keven, Ryne and two other men came to replace the unit. Kevin and Ryne remained the entire day until job was complete and I mean it was no easy job especially working in the attic as hot as it was. My salesman Kevin said the job would be done in a day and it was completed in a day by Keven and Ryne. They worked non stop getting the job complete and explaining the system to myself and my husband. With employees like Keven and Ryne I would recommend Blue Dot of Maryland to everyone. I called for and appointment and got service that same day! Initially they were supposed to arrive by 5pm, then it got pushed to 6pm. By 6:45pm I was a little concerned that they were not coming. I called to inquire what happened and that is when the technician Lance M showed up at my door. There had been some miscommunication but he arrived and was ready to work. He did an outstanding job!! The hour was late, but he walked me through everything I'd requested I needed done or was concerned about. He was also impressed with my knowledge base of furnace and AC systems. He explained everything to me and answered every one of my questions. I still need to have some work done to my furnace as some parts need to be ordered and once the parts are in, I will be requesting for Lance M to complete the repairs!!

Tony B. Was exceptionally nice and I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided. He waited for my arrival and completed the service in no time and gave me peace of mind that my ac/heating unit is in full working condition. My heat pump failed Thursday and Kevin L. and Jason came out Friday to check it out. Kevin was able to determine what the problem was very quickly and gave me several options as well as the cost of each. I decided that since the heat pump was over 13 years old that I would replace it. Kevin called and had a sales rep call me and came out the same day to give me options. Kevin answered everyone of my question to my satisfaction. Kevin was very professional and very easy to work with. I will definitely ask for him again when I have another problem and since my furnace is also over 13 years old it could be sooner than I think.

Rick an dtaylor recently instlaled a heat pump at the start of the hottest week of the year. they arrived on time and took great care in cleaning up afterwards and not damaging anything in the house. they worked as a team and got the job done a lot quicker than i tohught. all my questions were answered. Matt and Taylor arrived on time and started installing my new air conditioning unit right away. They were so quiet that the only time I was reminded that they were here was when they used a drill or other tool. They worked the entire time they were here and finished ahead of time. Matt showed me the work that had been done, answered my questions, had me sign the papers and he was on his way. I am very happy with all the people I have worked with at BlueDot of MD. Great employees, great company and I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants honest, high quality service.

Blue Dot does a great job servicing my home's air conditioning system. On the most recent visit, James R was polite and worked quickly in checking the thermostat, interior unit, and exterior unit. He did a great job which is what I have come to expect from Blue Dot.

Robbie, Don and Adrian were quick, clean, professional and showed great care and respect for my property. I appreciated the fact that EVERY time they came in and out of my home they removed and put back on the covers for their shoes. Respect for the condition of someone's home and carpet is unfortunately hard to find. Top Notch guys! I would not hesitate to reccommend Blue Dot to anyone needing HVAC services. New air pump and handler installed started in the morning and they were done by 3:00. Fast, but not rushed. The installer took his time explaining the maintainence of the unit to me. Swept and vaccumed after completion. I'm normally hard to please, but there was nothing even I could nit-pick about.

Steve Ba. and Jamal W. did a great job! They were thorough, neat, and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new equipment. They knew exactly how to deal with some wiring issues. I couldn't ask for better installation personnel.

Thomas L. did a wonderful job. Provided excellent service and will most certainly request him again in the future!

Blue Dot came to perform my semi-annual maintenance and did a very thorough job. Not only did the technician perform the required maintenance, he researched two concerns I had. He was very professional and informative.
