Music Road Hotel

Beautiful at the main entrance. 5th floor hallway has a odd smell to it, we had a problem with some ants on us after laying in the bed. Shower head was from early 00’s , no real water pressure an you could see back inside the wall. Cable TV was spotty. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, we stayed 3 nights and never woke up sore or in any discomfort. Furniture has seen better days, not the worst looking I’ve seen but it’s showing it’s age with chipping an color loss. We ordered 1 room with 2 queen beds for a family of 4. The room had just 1 dresser to unpack clothes in. We did try upgrading our room but it being holiday weekend nothing was available, which is understandable. We booked our room a month ahead and was hoping maybe someone had cancelled with the upgraded room. This place is full of potential it just needs some small upgrades an better cleaning in the hallway floors. For the outside, the balcony has water from the A/C unit dripping on to it 24/7 so your limit to just one spot of sitting unless you want to sit in the water. Water needs directed to the outer wall. There is one cracks in the concrete we noticed of the balcony, nothing major but could really use a touch up to ease some minds. Like I said earlier this place so much potential to be one of the best places for a family vacationing in pigeon forge. We would love to come back due to the water park out front and the breakfast is one of the best we have had in the area at a hotel. Hope to see some changes or upgrades soon on a social media update! Would definitely come back for that!

This is a wonderful hotel. Super Clean and convenient to everything in town. It is a quite location, one block from the main road called the Parkway, but from the balcony you can get a nice view of Pigeon Forge or the mountains. Just a mile or so to the Tanger Outlets in one direction and the Island ( Margaritaville and the WHEEL is there) in the other with lots in between. Well worth the price in the Summer with two waterparks on the resort

I've stayed at Music Road Hotel for years. It's one of the pretties hotels I've ever seen...georgious lobby with a very large fireplace...but the most unusual aspect is that it sits right on a river with a huge balcony. My kids loves the outdoor pool...it's huge with a 60' slide and a lazy river. This year they had a cabana person walking around offering smoothies and other food and I could charge it to my room, it's more like a resort. The rooms are large with a really big bathroom and I'm talking clean and I mean clean! Anyway, that's my take of the hotel...we love it!
