Thank you for your feedback, Branden. We sincerely apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your stay with us. We do try our very best to make sure that everything is satisfactory and ready for our guests prior to their arrival. The mildew that you reported was in a place that is not easily visible during routine cleaning, but we sent someone out to remove it once it was reported. We did correct everything that you reported to us as soon as we were made aware of the items. When we sent someone out we did discover that the AC issue was a temperature setting error. Our 24/7 maintenance technicians are more than happy to come out and assist our guests with any maintenance or cleaning issues encountered during their stay. Management has been in contact with you and tried to rectify everything to the best of our ability. We hope that you will come back and stay with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay with us. Cabins USA works hard to make sure each of our guests have the best stay possible. Most of our cabins are on well water, so there is a chance it may have a slight smell due to the minerals in the water. Your cabin actually has a filtration system that is serviced regularly by an outside vendor. This particular cabin does not state anywhere in the description or amenities that it has a mountain view and the picture we have online are updated regularly and reflect the view this cabin has. I apologize for any cleanliness issues you experienced. Our cabins are in the mountains and from time-to-time insects will find their way in...especially now that the weather is getting a little colder. Had we been made aware of this issue at any time during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send someone from our maintenance department out to take care of that for you. I apologize for any confusion about the review you initially sent us and can assure you we do not block any reviews. I will, however, be looking into why it was giving you an error. We do hope you will give Cabins USA another opportunity to show you what staying in our cabins can be like.
