PRODUCT DID NOT WORK FOR ME AND I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! A water treatment system was purchased on 2/12/2021 to raise water PH and filter Iron and Manganese from well water. Within three months the system was failing to filter Iron and Manganese
from the water(Terminox). The company was initially responsive in proving
support in swapping a few components of the system. The swapped components proved to be ineffective. The company has since been adopting a "blame the customer" strategy in stating that the customer failed to properly install the system (System is sold as a DIY install system). Most recently in October 2021 the company recommended a significant re-plumbing of the piping at the customer's expense which was completed after stating the company doubted the product filtration media could be corrupted so fast. The re-piping and re-plumbing to larger piping did not
improve performance at all. The company now states that AFTER
recommending the re-piping the filtration media must be corrupted due to an initial improper installation(Which is inaccurate). The company states that backwash pressure levels were too low to properly clean filtration media, and that water PH was too not adjust correctly by the customer. The customer often waiting a week or more for a call-back for tech support, having to repeatedly call in and be told to keep waiting. Company states without merit that the backwash flow rate was inadequate to support proper cleaning(Must be above 9 GPM, which it has been measured at all times). Company states that PH was too low (Must be 7.5 or above at time of mixing chemical tank) which is also without merit or evidence. The company's final offer was to discount 50% the filtration media replacement, to replace initial fouled media to be performed at the customer's expense.
The "remedy" discounted replacement, delayed or non-response to
support request calls, and finally blaming the customer without merit is unacceptable.

I have used them for years. They are simply WONDERFUL Anyone who does not like this company is crazy. And obviously did not follow their instructions! Every time I have bought something from them (For my brother, daughter, Mom and best friend). They have been very clear that it won't work unless you do it the way they suggest. It is a very professional process. If you follow their recommendations, you will be happy. They are the kindest and friendliest company I have ever dealt with. They even answered installation questions on SUNDAY for havens sakes. On my first system I did not follow the instructions and just ordered online. It did not work as well as I had hoped for. They gave me an instant refund and did not complain. They told me if I wanted to fix my well correctly I would need two pieces of equipment. Not one. And I would have to test it and do a flow test. Then they told me that if I would do it right this time, they would try and help me again. And at a big discount! They said they just wanted to help me get it right. Even though I had cost them a lot of money in returns that were not resale-able. It worked PERFECTLY and has for many years. I have the best water in West Texas! Whoever Juli is, you can always tell the ones who don't listen. Then they TROLL the finest company out there. EVERY system my family and friends have bought is working perfectly. Don't believe the TROLLS!

My experience with Water Filters of America/Budget Water was very disappointing. Their filter never removed the iron from our water as they claimed. Their customer service was rude and good luck getting your money refunded if your not satisfied as they claim. I would never recommend this company.

I have tried them all over the years. This one is the best BY FAR! Their knowledge and customer service is unmatched. Truly. They don't use any tricks or gimmicks. No pressure or sales pitches. Even when I called them with a question on sunday, they had someone there to help me. It is the only company I have found that can remove massive amounts of iron and sulfur from a well completely! Absolutely no chemicals or salt or maintenance. Even if you don't buy anything from them, they will help you figure out what you need to do to fix it. They even tested my water for free... Call them

This company was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier. Our city water is okay, but not great. That is, until it rains. After a good rain (which we get all the time) the water is horrible. Turns very brown. We put in a Reverse Osmosis unit from Water Filters of America and now we have great water to drink, even when it rains! It was an inexpensive solution and installing it was quick and easy. When we are ready to take the next step and get a whole house filter, we will definitely call these guys again.

Just moved into my dream house on the Chesapeake bay, was loving life until I went to take a shower and found out my water smelled like rotten eggs. I have lived in the city all my life and didn't know a thing about well water. After calling 3 local water companies and getting 3 different opinions and cost ranging $1800-$3300 I decided to do some research . I came across Water Filters of America and thought why not try online, I called and spoke to Sam and he told me that was a very common issue and easy to correct, he gave me instructions on how to get a water test before he could recommend any equipment. When I called him back with the results he told me that I needed a chlorine injector system for under $500.00 and that would do the trick. So I went ahead and ordered one, the system arrived 3 days later and with the help of the install web site I installed it in about an hour. Can't say enough about how easy the whole process was from start to finish.
