NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are misleading when quoting the amount of time/charges to complete a job. If I could give this company a minus rating I would. We had 11 pieces of furniture to move from central Phoenix to Gilbert. We were quoted 4 hours to complete the job. The movers took 1 1/2 hours to wrap and load 11 pieces of furniture, 40 minutes to drive to the 25 miles to the first dropoff location, at 9:30 on a Saturday morning, and another 40 minutes to unwrap and offload 6 pieces of furniture. It then took 25 minutes to drive 7 miles to the last dropoff location, and 30 minutes to unwrap and offload 5 pieces of furniture. No piece weighed over 40 pounds, and nothing required any type of equipment to move. The total time was 3 hours and 55 minutes, which ended up costing us 6 1/2 hours. After the move was complete, we were informed that we were being charged 1 hour from the warehouse to the pickup location, and another hour from the last dropoff location back to the warehouse. NOWHERE in the contract does it state that travel time between the warehouse and the pickup/dropoff locations is in addition to the time it takes to provide the actual services. When we contacted the manager, the response was this was their procedure, and just because it wasn't in the contract, we were still responsible for payment. No compromise was offered. The impression we were left with was "Tough luck for you".
