Michaels - The Arts & Crafts Store

LOVE Michael's, but not one at Peoria/I-17. Told cashier I needed someone to help me with project ideas using 12 small craft birds I had. She said "Go to aisle 48 & you'll find project ideas." I found birds like mine there & small nest I could glue 1 bird to, but found no "project ideas." Told second cashier what first one told me & again said I needed someone to help me. She said something to first cashier, who pointed towards me & said something like "what you need is 'right there.'" I looked in front of me & around me, but didn't know what she was referring to & said, "I don't understand what you're talking about." Neither cashier would call someone to help me. Returned nest to shelf & went to Cactus/Tatum Michael's. Told cashier what I needed & she immediately called "Neko" to help me. Neko listened to what I needed, and she spent 10 minutes taking me to two or three areas of store to show me several great ideas. When someone goes to Michael's & says "I need someone to help me with project ideas," it's rude to basically just say, "Go to this aisle [and figure it out yourself]." I will never go to Peoria store again, only to one on Tatum. (Thx, Neko. I called your manager to say how helpful you were.)
