We have also had several unscheduled service calls when sadly we had moles in our garden. Each time we have used Budget Brothers Termite & Pest, they have responded immediately and have gone above and beyond what would be considered good service.

Both Budget Brothers Termite & Pest and Mike have been very professional and very responsive to my needs. Budget Brothers Termite & Pest is always accommodating with service dates and times. I have used other pest control companies in the past, but because of how well I have been treated, I would never consider using anyone but Budget Brothers Termite & Pest.

I was in need of bed bug treatment and rhe gentleman. That camw out was so helpful and friendly. And did am awsome job hard worker and what. Started as a nightmare. Having these critters became a non existing problem thank you. To the man who came out. He had an injured finger. Didnt catch his name but I wanted to thank him...

Budget brothers are receiving 3 stars not because of the work but because of the customer service. The technician that came out was friendly and thorough. Hi however the customer service reps are rude and money hungry they do not value their customers and treat them very disrespectfully.

The young men that did our termite service were ontime and did a great job very knowledgable and friendly I gave them ice water because they worked very hard ,,we priced other pest companys and Budget Bros had the BEST PRICE FOR THE SAME JOB PLUS FOR 395.00 FOR THE WHOLE JOB AND THATS WITH A 2YEAR WARRENTY GREAT COMPANY and there coming back to close up some holes in our patio roof to house gaps for roof rats because we get them in the winter sometimes we ha e tangerines so they r only charging 150.00 great company !!!!❤

Gary went above and beyond at our house on Tuesday. He found our queen wasp under a fence post cap and even offered to caulk the post to kill the colony. He was very knowledgeable about the wasps and ants. Would request him again!

Arrived on time. Very thorough and detailed inspection and application of pesticide. Very pleasant. Provided follow up visit and inspection by supervisor for unknown type of insect.
