Buen servicio, decoraciones muy bonitas y muy elegantes ,opción de paquetes,muy buena ubicación y muy muy buen servicio. Me encanta Babylon Banquet Hall. :)

This Banquet Hall doesn't refund any money for any reason. If you try to move your wedding date you automatically lose your deposit! I lost $1,600 and all she did was sit around and collect my money while her daughter colored on the walls with markers! Very Unprofessional and she even called me uneducated!!! Be very aware of your contract because u probably won't have servers if u don't get her catering and she won't tell u that you'll find out right before the wedding! Scottsdale Resort McCormick Ranch charges less and it includes cake, China, and a professional wedding planner!!

Disgusting and disappointing, ridiculously expensive for nothing, if you don't get her catering you don't get any service during the party... THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. They are dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional. There is stuff written on the walls inside and spray paint outside. It looks way better in pictures than in person. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My experience with this hall was terrible! I booked them a few months ago and was mortified with all the issues that came up during my event:



1) The building is infested with roaches!



2) Check the mens restroom! One stall is completely tapped off and the entire room is covered with graffiti and the stench is unbearable.



3) I had to call her a few hrs prior to my event and ask her to clean the women’s bathroom because a few stalls had fecal matter everywhere! Luckily I showed up early



4) The owner (Lizeth) allows her small children to run all over the facility and the bar area during events



5) Do not hire her bartenders or wait staff! They are completely unprofessional and have no experience. Our bartender had her teenage daughters in the back with her serving drinks!



6) The back room in the kitchen area (the VIP room) consists of a busted couch, old television, filthy carpet and dirty dishes. Of course she doesn’t show you this area of the hall prior to booking.



7) A few hrs prior to the event I checked the kitchen and the counters where sprayed heavily with chemicals. The substance was just dripping off the counters and the spray gun was thrown off to the side. No one had wiped anything down and it was 1 hr prior to the food being delivered. I had to call the owner Lizeth a second time to have her clean the mess. She did clean the mess but with the biggest attitude ever. You would have thought she was doing me a favor by the way she acted when in fact, I paid to rent the hall.



8) Lizeth (owner) is very unprofessional and has extremely poor communication skills. She will not return any calls or emails. When she finally decides to reply to an email, her communication skills are so horrible that you can barely make anything out. She has absolutely no concept of customer service and when asked basic questions about the facility, she rolls her eyes and speaks in a condescending manner. Mind you, prior to booking she was polite but as soon as you sign an agreement with her, she reveals her true colors. She is a nightmare to deal with.



There are plenty if other halls out there that are cheaper, nicer and treat clients with respect and professionalism. DO NOT BOOK HERE!
