        Booking the repair was easy; the technician was on time; he was very knowledgeable and friendly; fixed the problem without needing new parts; gave us good advice about how to prevent it from happening again; and the only charge was the call-out fee. That's about as good as it gets!

        Sears is the best, par excellence! Always recommend buying Craftsmen/Kenmore products to my friends for most, if not all larger products (oven, fridge, microwave....). The service is the best too! Better than Lowe's and all others in my experience.
