        I took my bike to a different ...

        I took my bike to a different bike place to get a flat fixed and they returned it to me pointing to some problem that would cost me $80 for them to fix. I was like hell no and took my rusty bike to Via for a second opinion. They explained the problem to me, fixed what the other bike place messed up, and charged like $20. I'm no expert but I'm pretty satisfied with that. And their staff is attractive so that's a plus too.
