The phone number is disconnected, I live two hours from this post office and can’t get there. I had a package arrive at my local post office today that was marked damaged and a 300.00$ reborn doll was stolen from inside the package. They tried to say it fell out of the box. However it was wrapped in a blanket then inside bubble wrap and then tissue paper . The piece of box that was ripped open was inside the box retapped along with the unwrapped bubble wrap and tissue paper. Someone there is responsible for the theft of my doll and I want answers! Looking at other reviews I see this is a habit of theirs to just “Lose” things!!!! #demandingjustice

Made a care package for my husband in the army through Walmart. It had to be sent in to separate boxes for whatever reason but was still sent out the same day. I paid to have the boxes delivered by the 15th. One box was delivered on the 17th which is ok I guess because he's over seas. The section me box has been sitting at this facility since the 11th. It is now 8 days later and nobody has any information on it. All their telling me is the packages is at this facility. I had to open a case....hopefully that'll get things moving. I'm very upset about this!

While those complaints are very small how about + 6 years or no mail service no one help desk in for 6 years to get our mail no one in City Hall no one in our community no high ranking people nobody they are full of it 6 years no mail I have packages sent back I have packages I never received anything because they don't deliver and they want to people on the block have dogs so they cut off a whole community and then even notify us we found out when they came I had to cut off our water and electric and gas for a few people in this community including myself so what do you think about that and y'all wanna rating0 give you nothing for nothing just like we get we pay for something but we get nothing how do you all think about that give me your opinion or comment I'm sitting open for something and restore Mail postmaster don't care none of them care Andy's don't care cuz I couldn't get this message through what are given a rating and they don't deserve a rating

Told me over a hour wait on hold to speak to someone on the phone????. So why are they HOLDING packages???? This should have been delivered by now! That is why we pay Priority Mail 3-Day???

Where do packages go after they get to this facility? Package should have been in Tampa then Port Richey by now...can not track packages after getting here...what the hell is going on up there? Will be filing formal complaint.

This post office sent a package to California instead of Florida!! Priority Mail 3-Day and still waiting more than a week if package ever comes at all. Total incompetence and irresponsible!

This specific postal office is stealing all of my packages. THREE in a row. I'm calling Fox 29 Investigates because this is UNREAL.

The people who work in the front of this post office are friendly, patient, and helpful. It may mean the line takes a little bit longer, but they will help you solve any problem without any annoyance or complaint. I'm so happy they are my neighborhood post office!
