- Victory’s Home Care Agency Service offers a wide range of in-home, non-medical, personal assistance services and home supports to people ages 18 to 59 with physical or other disabilities and those recovering from an injury in need of limited or full assistance. Victory's PDA 60 plus program serves seniors 60 and over in the counties of Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, Bucks and Montgomery who are nursing home eligible but chose to remain in their community or transition from a nursing home back into the community with all the needed assistance,such as: * Personal Assistance Services * Attendant Escort * Companion Service * Homemaker/Chore Services and resources Live as independently as possible. We specialize in services to individuals that are not capable of self preservation without assistance. We can also provide non paid duplicated personal care and support services to individuals on Medicaid in retirement homes, assisted living and other group community settings.

John and his aid were very attentive to the needs of my frail mother. He is a very safe and courteous driver and his aid took great care to make sure that we were secure and comfortable during our long distance trip. The ride was peaceful and entertaining and we arrived at our wedding one time. We definitely plan on using his services again in the future.
I along with my companion, was very impressed with the professional services rendered. Driver arrived prior to the arranged pick-up time. He was very curtious, gentle and patience with handling me, the wheelchair and luggage, upon the bus. Much to my surprise, the bus is equipped with a flatscreen TV, and I was provided a number of DVD's to choose from. The drive overall drive was comfort and most of all he was not reckless and I arrive safely to and from my destination. I highly recommend and will use his services again in the future.
