Retail Express Delivery

Absolutely horrible delivery service. Was told I would be given a 4 hour window, but that the driver would call me when they were half an hour away. Of course, they didn't. Missed the delivery. QVC is too smart to use such a dumb company...will think twice before ever ordering from them again.

Didn't come at the right time. Took off work and even confirmed it the day before.

ZERO stars. Horrible company. They called several times to confirm the delivery date, including the day before the delivery date. Then they called on the delivery date to say that "all the trucks went out today without my items" and they would not be delivered for another week! ...because they only deliver to my area once a week, seriously? As best I can tell this is actually a non-delivery company. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Thanks to Retail Express "Delivery" of Philadelphia I am now going through the trouble of cancelling my furniture order.

Honestly i was angry at first because they NEVER called to say they would be late-an hour after they were already late! My delivery window was 1-5 and after waiting all day i called them at 7 then 8 & no answer!!! When i finally gave up and accepted that my package wasnt coming i heard a delivery truck outside! The delivery guys were nice, promt, and seemed to handle my product well. So all in all besides the lack of communication they were pretty good & they came through. I would have given them 5 stars based on delivery but 3 because of communication.

I could not be happier with this ! I was in-laws over for the holiday and i did not have my table here yet due to the company i purchased from, once on the phone with Retail Express they were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure it was here before Easter on Sunday ! Thaks to Jackie and the drivers this could have been the worst Easter ever for my family, but they really went out of their way to make sure i was happy !! THANK YOU AGAIN !

0 stars. They do not deliver and they make threats to you if you complain. They say they have your address and phone number so dont complain. We will never buy from a company that uses this delivery service. Jackie should be fired
