EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T PATRONIZE GOLDEN CRUST! THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY. I WAS ASSURED A $6.95 CREDIT FOR AN ORDER THEY RUINED. I CALLED TODAY TO REDEEM MY CREDIT. I WAS PUT ON HOLD BY 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THEN THE RUDE, IGNORANT MANAGER YELLED INTO THE TELEPHONE WITH AN ACCENT THAT MADE HIM INDECIPHERABLE AND THEN HUNG UP. HOW CAN YOU BE MAD ABOUT ME WANTING TO REDEEM A CREDIT WHEN YOU WERE AT FAULT.

DO NOT PATRONIZE GOLDEN CRUST! You can purchase better food elsewhere in Mt Airy. The service is horrible. The food is barely average. The telephone order taking, order accuracy and delivery are abysmal. SKIP THIS PLACE. SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ANOTHER PIZZA SHOP!

Called this place to order a large pizza after a very long day and while placing, I should say while trying to place my order I was put on hold and hung up on several times. I did call back for the manager and when he answered he said"pick up or delivery", when I tried to speak he hung up. This is not the best place to do business with if you can avoid it you'll have a better experience!
