If you have 10 minutes to wait on hold to place an order it's worth it. I tried to order from this place after I stopped ordering from this place because I hated their slow service. I just called and was going to order an egg platter. The woman who answered laughed at me because she thought it was hilarious that I would try to order breakfast after 12. Yeah...who's ever heard of anyone doing that, especially when they do not advertise specific breakfast service hours. Don't worry, she apologized for laughing as she kept on laughing which made the apology really genuine. I felt this was extremely rude.This was after waiting on hold for first 4 minutes then oops it isnt your turn 3 more minutes. I was really trying to give the place a second chance.



Then there was the hoagie incident which started what should have been the last time I called this place. I ordered a hoagie (sub to the non-Philadelphian) that was delivered made incorrectly TWICE then drove up there and just got my money back.



I officially loathe this place and I wouldn't eat here if they gave the food away. They have been in business a long time (25 years) but I didn't feel respected as a customer. My experience would have been better if 1) they made what I ordered the first 2 times and 2) if the customer service was related in some way to servicing me as a customer in a polite way. If God has blessed you with the patience of Job and loving heart of Jesus, give it a try.
