Cheltenham Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

This is one of the worst Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers that I've ever been in. It is very dangerous. There is no preventive maintenance or safely procedures preformed monthly or annually. The call buttons do not work. The door lights do not light to notify staff of emergencies. The patient floors are often wet. A lot of times the whole floor smells like human waste. The staff is uncaring people who spend much of their time smoking and socializing with each other. The staff takes personal items and cigarettes from residence. Many of the patience do not go to therapy or is seen be a doctor on a regular basis. They do not respect your wishes or the residences. They are not professional. They do not return phone calls. The food is often cold and do not go together well, like cold peas and a PB&J sandwich. They are so skimpy that you would not know that anything was in-between the bread if not for the color of the jelly. The amount of food served at all meals would not fill a 3yr old.
