Big Guys Used Auto Parts

I went to get a part. They told me one price, and that's it. I bring the car, gave a non refundable deposit of $100....they said they would put it in for free. they have my car for 2 days. No call back. I calk them, they say the part isn't t ere yet and labour cost $150 which this now is the first time since we agreed on a set price, I gave a non refundable deposit that I'm hearing about an extra cost...and this extra cost is only if the job is easy. I call to find out the cost if the job is not easy, they hang the phone up in my face...I would never advise not even my dog to step foot in that yard. They have no customer service...they are rude, they do business like crooks and if you want a Great customer experience, go somewhere else.... if I could give them a -100 star for a rating I would. Cause they suck......

My name is lea and i was looking for the tailgate latch for my ford explorer for about 27 dolars which is way to expensive, and the guy eventually gave me the part and I went on my way but then I came back to get a refund because I brought the wrong part but the bald head little guy said to me (owner) there is a 'Restocking Fee' i had to pay therefor they took $7 and refunded $20, first of all There is no such thing as a Restocking Fee the owner just wanted my money And the sad part about all this i was never even aware of this restocking fee nobody never told me but guess what you lost lots of business in the future and I WILL do everything I can to let everyone know how of a expensive scamming joke they are and not to do business there. I am just glad they took 7 dollars instead of 700, Big Guys have lost a very wealthy customer.
