Convergys Corporation

I lived in Harlingen and was hearing about this place hiring so I got hired. The trainers here have favoritism it's almost like if they see potential in yosystems ll do their best to keep you but if you need help with the systems and they don't like you due to their judgment they'll find anyway to get rid of you. I drove from Harlingen the last 2 days and the first day Noone told me that I was released due to failure of training. So the second day I'm there waiting for hours just to hear the main manager tell me I was terminated, and to cover everything up he gave me a rewards card to make up for that gas that I drove from convergys to Harlingen. Nancy Lents has yet to call me and explain why I failed training. She expects her trainees to know most of the information, but all she does in the training room is talk about her love life and personal life. I Tried My Best At My Job But To Them their was no improvement I made a sale for my project and my voice not rude or anything. Others lacked adjustments in their tone and frauds were committed but for some reason I'm the one that was let go. There was 23 trainees in Nancy Lents class and as I got fired only 7 remain. I would not recommend working here, it is unprofessional. Floor support would flirt with agents and would not pay attention to agents like me who were willing to improve. I do not wish anybody to go through this horrible job experience I went through and I am still waiting for my explanation on why I was fired, if this is not answered soon I will take it higher!
