Boys & Girls Club of Pharr, TX! Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Boys & Girls Club of Pharr gives the children of our community a safe place to go to make friends and enrich their lives with a fun and educational experience in an after-school environment. We've created club programs and services to promote and enhance the development of our children by instilling a sense of confidence, usefulness, belonging and importance in them.
