I am not happy with the way that they run the office... My brother and I were going to rent from here with the assumption that our mom was going to cosign for us... and we told them this from the get go. We filled out the application and paid the admin fee of $150 since the app fees were waived. They then had us sign the lease agreement for a move in date of the 28 of January. We told them that our mom was out of town until Sunday night and that we would talk to her about it when she got home. they told us that was fine and should anything happen to give them a call. Well mom didn't feel comfortable with the length and amount of the rent. so we called them first thing this morning the 27th and we were told that they could give us and 8 month lease at the same price. Mom still said she would rather not cosign. We then called them to tell them this and that without mom cosigning we would NOT qualify with out her. They then tell us that they have still not received any of our apps back, and if they came back and we did qualify there is no way for us to get out of this lease (they should not have made us sign the lease without us being approved). We then started rereading all of our papers, and found out that if we don't move in on the 28th it counts as a "unlawful early move out" and we would have to pay a fine. How can we unlawfully move out if we haven't even been approved to move in yet? We are supposed to move in tomorrow but after everything that has happened this is not a place that I am wanting to live at all... They are all very money hungry and I i wouldn't recommend any one move here.
