        Joe Patti's Seafood Company, Pensacola, Fla., originated in 1931 from the back porch of Captain Joe and Anna's modest dwelling. In the early days, the business consisted of selling fresh bay shrimp caught by Captain Joe and sold by Anna, primarily for fish bait. By 1935 Joe Patti's had become world renown for its fresh and frozen seafood. People from every state and almost every country have come to Joe Patti's for the freshest and largest selection of seafood. The facility and store are located in the heart of Pensacola. This allows ships easy access to loading areas making the transfer from the fishing boat to seafood processing center as quick as possible.

        Seafood Is Fresh, Can be crowded

        Seafood is fresh. High turnover, much more so than a typical grocery store, keeping the fish fresh. Much of the seafood is imported these days. Can be crowded on weekends. Checkout system efficient, considering the volume of people. Traffic pattern in parking lot is chaotic.

        Handsdown the Best seafoood around. Not to mention a great experience. Large facility and lots to choose from.
