Boarded my yellow lab - Gracie-- for 5 days @
4 nights last week & they were terrific!!!
She takes meds for seizures & they do not charge
x-tra for giving her meds. Also just charged per
night (4) even though she was there 5 days.
Was a little worried--last boarder on Pine Forest
she came home wild-eyed, loss weight &
KENNEL COUGH....
Very caring staff texted me several times to
let me know how she was doing.
Do yourself a favor & your pet & check it out.

Great staff!! Everyone is always frendly and loves what they do. The spw package is absolutely amazing and you can always just walk in for a nail trim plus they do nail grinding where it makes the Nails super smooth

We put both our pets, a cat and a dog, with them for five days. They have a very nice facility and the prices were reasonable. They texted pictures of our pets (shown in review) to us during their stay. Both pets looked heathy and well cared for when we picked them up upon our return from our trip. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

I have been taking my babies to Cain's for 7 years. Always friendly service and attention to detail to myself and my dogs. I've tried a couple other places ( to my babies expense ). I wouldn't trust anyone else (again) with the ones I love. Thank u ladies for all u do!

I agree with Daniel,i am in the military and when i was looking to board my 4 dogs i checked this place out, since my dogs would be staying(for up to months at a time) i wanted to check the place out really well, the lobby was very very small. i asked for a boarding tour and the boarding facility looked ok, except the smell of urine. we then went to the play yard and its very small as well mad up of 100% dirt. needless to say the yard was pitiful. I then asked the boding girl how often the dogs go out and she said just to potty but i try to let them play for a little before they go in, i dont like that, not to mention the girl seemed out of it, just wont be boarding here but their grooming seemed nice

i came here for a groom after trying happy puppies, it was ok but the groom was sloppy and the facility is very small, and my dog was there from about 8 am untill 6 pm, it took all day!

My husband and I boarded our two golden retrievers, Loki and Cyndir, for a few months in 2008. We're both in the military and were in need of long-term boarding for our pup's. We absolutely loved Cain's Dog House and wish we could find a place just like it now that we're in need of long-term boarding again (only in a different state this time)! Our dogs were treated like family, kept together in the same area, fed their favorite foods and treats and were given so much love and attention while they were there that I fear we will never be able to compete! The staff were very friendly and even allowed me to bring them along to a local dog beach on one of my weekend visits! I couldn't be happier with the care that my two dogs received while my husband and I were house-less for a bit. I only wish I had thought to submit a review before now.
