Marcella's Restaurant

We have ordered delivery from this place for years.

They recently have gotten our delivery wrong a few times.

Finally, after getting the family dinner wrong, I called and spoke with owner, Mo. After explaining, the situation, not only would he not refund the money promptly, he would not promptly bring corrected order.

He offered option was to drive to his restaurant for a refund and exchange of food or take a credit for next time. Neither was acceptable to me and I insisted he return to refund cash promptly, which he did not do.

Long time customer lost for a $10 bill!

I love this restaurant and their people, italian food and pizza are amazing. I'll come back. Best margarita pizza ever.

The food is good and the staff is great. They are very helpful and always smiling. Glad to see the guy manager was gone because he was something else and not fit to be a manager in a restaurant.

I come to florida about 5 months out of the year. The 1st place i come is Marcellas. The first thing i found out is that nice young man Nelison is no longer there and this was told to me by my server that he was fired i cant beleive that all he did for them and now he is gone. The next thing i find out is it was sold. Not only was that sad to hear but the meals were terrible. I WILL NEVER RETURN CAUSE THERE WAS NOT EVEN A MANAGER TO TALK TO. THAT IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. WHAT ONCE WAS GREAT IS NOW YUCK.

I have been eating at Marcellas for over 10 years. The food is great the staff goes out of there way to please my husband and i when we come there. We eat there 2 to 3 times a week. Nelson the manager adds so much to the restaurant with his personality " He is what brings all of us back as well as the food and service . Dont let 1 bad review stop you from this fantastic restaurant!

I was in Marcellas with my friends on a Wednesday the Manager acts like he is an owner has such a bad attitude The restaurant is not even busy and he acts like a nut job. The food is nothing to brag about the quality changed and so did the portions. We used to get larger portions then we did tonight.

All I can say is Marcella's is the best from appetizers like fried calamari, bruschetta or the large shrimp in the shrimp cocktail. The food is the best I have tried just about everything on the menu. the staff is great the manager always asks how our meal was and usually stops at all the tables he is very nice.

All I CAN SAY IS IF YOU DONT EAT HERE YOU ARE MISSING THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD THERE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so glad i found Marcellas, i been trying many diferent places and this is the best restaurant you can go, food is great, the place is very nice and the service is top, i feel like home when i go there, try their shrimp scampi, and the garlic rolls..
