Mike is great, easy going, because I was nervous about price and bringing my SUV to a new mechanic. He's very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I had the shift cables replaced in my SUV and the shift performance is better than when I bought the vehicle brand new. Mike is also on point with delivery time of the vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the work done by the mechanics and I won't hesitate to bring my vehicles there again or to recommend the Pines AAMCO to my friends and family.

I have been using Aamco transmissions even beforehand when it was Cottmans. Since the ownership remained the same, I continued to be a customer.

I have found they sre honest, gives excellent troubleshooting, and have been truely ethical in ALL our dealings.

I have since have All my children, my wife and anyone that asks, take their vehicle there for their service.

I wish all AUTO service companies would operate like they do.

Just so you know, I'm a mechanic and troubleshooter of 48years experience. No one is pulling the wool over my eyes, and I give them an A+.

Tony and his team are consistently exceeding my expectations. Refreshing to have an honest professional available in this world of lesser "mechanics".

They refused to give a general quote over the phone, when I got there it took over an hour for someone to look at the car to give us a quote. Once we got the quote, it took them another hour and 15 minutes to call me back to give me a different and much higher price. Then they told me it was going to take double the time they said it would take to begin with. All of this for something simple that I probably should've done by myself...

In addition, the waiting room is VERY small and uncomfortable and the guy at the front desk isn't all that friendly and is obviously in no rush at all.
