Denny's

If 0 was a star it’d be awesome it was not lik this a few weeks ago and in January, place looks dirty, my wife and I food was cold typically when we come in around 12 on days like this the short manager is always there checking on guest and ensuring quality of food from window
Horrible horrible experience. I hate they switch management maybe it is their franchise looks like theres a whole new crew people follow people who are loyal and value their staff so maybe management left and crew fell behind her
We will go back to stopping at loves instead sad place don’t go there

Denny's Pearl, should replace Management. Place is awful...least 8 tables not bused, floor has napkins,sub sugar pak and other issues. Management should not allow due Customer turn away!

I go to Denny's to get sum breakfast cause I ate there the night before and had an amazing steak kuddos to the cook(awesome job) but my experience this morning was beyond amazing so I make it to the store bout 10 so I order a cup of coffee and the grand slam while drinking my coffee I overhear one employee tell another employee that another employee us using the janitor closet sink as a toilet.. how disgusting is that. Second thing is the manager is very rude to her employees and the crazy part is she was rude while customers where there which is a bad look for Denny's...I know from now on to only eat at Denny's at night cause the breakfast I had was horrible and DISGUSTING whoever cooked my food can not I repeat can not COOK

Waited 30 minutes at our table before a waitress came by and said she would get to us when she could. The place was not even half full.

I've been to several Denny's over the years and I never expect anything spectacular. Usually the food is decent and the service leaves much to be desired. Some are worse than others. My fiancé and I live close to this Denny's in pearl and have been a few times. Each time the service has been pretty bad, but this last time took the cake. It was I believe Saturday 04/27/2013 close to noon maybe a little after. The wait was about 10 mins and we were seated. Our waitress was an older blonde woman probably in her 40s. We ordered our food and she brought our drinks. Then we waited..... And waited. 40 minutes passed and we were wondering where the food was, they were fairly busy but I started thinking that maybe she forgot to put our order in. Well I was right. She came over to our table and said " I'm sorry but I got busy and forgot to put your order in, would you like me to go ahead and put it in now?" My fiancé said no we will go somewhere else, after waiting 40 mins he was pretty pissed so we paid for our coffee and went to Waffle House. I am a former waitress, I waited tables for 3 years so I know that mistakes happen. But this waitress had 3 tables! She was not busy and in fact just minutes before she told us she forgot to put our order in she was standing around twiddling her thumbs! As a waitress you have to learn how long each food item takes to cook and continuously check to see if it is ready, it took this waitress 40 minutes to finally wonder where our food was! As a former waitress I tip very well, but I told my fiancé not to tip her anything because she did nothing. This Denny's has the worst service I have ever witnessed at any Denny's in my entire life and possibly one of the worst out of any restaurant period.

The service is okay the food was rotten, no seasoning the salad was wilted potato soup came out of a bag hamburger was tough and very dry the chili was greasy will never go back very disappointed
