Don't get a taxi from them, they'll make you late and give you attitude like it's your fault. You'll prefer walking than using this company. They're absolutely terrible and will harass you.

I was a regular customer, loved their service, but recently having a hard time getting a taxi. I have no clue what's going on.

yea i hear them giving rides away all the time when they are late and they still pay the drivers for the fair

I work for NST what Svetic said in his post is an outright lie,if we are late for an airport we ALWAYS give the ride for free NO EXCEPTIONS! I think Svtic65 is a competitor in the taxi business!!

I found them online and made reservation online as well. I did get the confirmation in my email.

Next day I called to make sure they will be on time since I was going to the airport and they confirmed it. Also on their site it says that if they are late then they give you a free ride.

Ha-ha that’s the biggest joke. When I didn’t see my taxi at my home on time I gave it another 10 min. and called: the guy told me that traffic is really bad and he is running 15min. late and when I tried to explain I’ll be late for my plane he sad take your car and go. I sad I’ll wait a bit longer and when I didn’t see him 15 min. later I did call again. The guy was rude and told me to figure it out on my own, that much for service. I did take my car I had no other choice. I will not ever use their company that’s for sure!

I take a lot of taxi's for business and after years of taking different companies I found this company to have the cleanest cars,most courteous staff and they charge me 5-10$ less to get to the airport! I take them often and would refer them to anyone looking for outstanding service.
