Muffler Man

Worst exhaust work I've ever seen. Let's just say the exhaust wasn't welded together it was globbed together. There was four to six inch pieces of wire from the wire welder coming out the Globs that they didn't even bother to cut off. Took it back to have them fix the welds when we got it back wasn't any better. Would not recommend this business.

I wanted to do my own work. i bought a whole exhaust system and tried to get bolts off at catalytic converter and nothing worked. instead of stripping all the bolts i decided to call muffler man.I asked if they would use my own parts and for them to do the labor, and they had no hesitations. super friendly... they only charged $75 out the door. my estimate over the phone was $75 plus tax and shop supplies.so they even gave me a nice discount. I dealt with a super nice and knowledgeable guy named noie.i would recommend them to anyone. we have been there now 3 times and had good luck with them every time. top knotch!!!

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!! SUPER HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL!! We had our 2010 Buick Enclave serviced for over 5 months at Tapper for a new engine costing approximately $7000. First heat wave of the year came and no air conditioning :(. On a limb, took it to Muffler Man and they fixed in within the hour and wanted to make sure they charged it so we had a cool ride home (Tapper forgot to plug the air unit in... UGH!!!) The new owner (who we did not know before this experience) told me to come back the next day for more freezant and worry about the payment then (trusting the customers = you can trust the business more in return, in my opinion). Came back next day and he told me not to worry about any kind of payment. We will be returning and thankful we still have generous, trusting, honest people like him in the world!!! Thank you!!!

We were told that it would be better to just scrap our car than try and fix it. We then found 2 other places that quoted $2500-$3000 less to fix it. He then dropped his price in order to be "competitive". We said no thanks and then have had to have everything "re-fixed" that he worked on prior to that point. We were a young couple who didn't know anything about car repair and were completely taken advantage of by him.
