Strobel's Auto Electric

Just wanted to say how amazing this auto repair shop is!! I called desperate for help with a complicated electrical problem with my van and time constraints since I was headed out of town for medical issues. Even though Mr. Stroebel was extremely busy with summer business already, he took many times out of his day to answer my repeated calls and tried to help me by phone to attempt to repair the problem ourselves. When that was clearly not going to work (due to MY incompetence, not HIS), he actually met my fiance and I on a Saturday afternoon after hours to assist us. He spent several hours out of his day, isolating the complicated problem and giving us advice on where to go, what to say, and what we could expect to pay fo fix it.

Not only was he technically knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional; his customer sevice skills are superb!!

I will be highly recommending this business to everyone I know!!
