Very disappointed either the unprofessional manner of their employee Donna. My daughter was a student with another teacher. Donna constantly would disrupt her lesson to set up for her lesson 15 min in advance. I accommodated her by coming in 15 min early. Donna barged in screaming at teacher and in front if my child. I discussed with manager than advised Donna she upset my child she said she wasn't sorry and asked if I would like to hit her touching her chin. Apparently this woman has emotional and mental issues and I'm surprised this studio employees this woman to work with children very disturbing

Dont go here for your instrument rental or beware if you do, I rented a violin for my daughter and rented so far for 2 seasons. Had to trade her violin for a bigger one when they charged me 10.00 dollars for a missing chin rest. I tried to explain to them it did not come with a chin rest but told me that they had the box checked for it on my contract which I did not look close enough at it when I sighned. The women behind the counter got very rude and nasty with me and practically called me a liar. Well needless to say I will no longer be bringing them my buisness that is for shore and after I had all ready spent at least 230.00 in rental fees. Guess they really dont care about their customers. So if you do decide to rent from them bring your glasses read over your contract very closly before sighning anything BE WARNED!

With 2 kids involved in music, I've found this the most reliable, helpful, professional, & polite place around the area. They know their music, and their customer service, and everything is reasonably priced too. It's always a pleasure doing business with them.
