Disappointed. For a $$$ meal, I expected a lot more. I mean, $9 for a side of green means, or sauteed mushrooms? Unless those were grown in your backyard and tended to everyday and free of all chemicals whatsoever, then no thanks.



Yes, the steaks were delicious. I had the rib eye and my boyfriend had the filet. We both got lobster tails with our dishes, and I was less than thrilled about the texture. Lobster was mushy, almost like it had been frozen since the ice age and improperly thawed. Ruined the lobster for me.



It was for a special occasion, our anniversary, and I'm glad we did it to try, but I don't think I will be going back to pay $$$ for mediocre meals.

Best steak place I have ever eaten in.

Linda Jordan (General Manager), James Kim (Manager), and Gary Watanabe (Executive Chef) make dining at Ruth's Chris in Pasadena a dining adventure and treat. The welcome from all of the staff as you enter make you feel at home. The waiters and waitresses are extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and personable. If you have a question about the food, Gary will come out and discuss your preferences...seasoning, cut of meat, sides, deserts, etc. Whatever it takes to make dining at Ruth's Chris an experience will happen. The food is cooked to perfection because satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are a first-timer, I would suggest trying the sweet potato casserole as one of your sides...the chocolate duo is fantastic as is the other deserts.

This is a great restaurant. The food is excellent. However, the Beverly Hills food is actually better.
