I am trying to get someone. NO one can help me.

I rented a 12 foot truck in advance and when I got to your location at 1690 Roosevelt Ave, Bohemia, NY they did not have the truck. They had a van. Said we were lucky to get that. The next 2 people were not getting anything and he knew this in advance.

We took the Van and could not move all the items we needed to and made 3 trips instead of 1. Nice you charge by the mile.

Call you "customer service on the 16th they said they made notes and to call back Monday. I called back Monday and they said they had to talk to the local office call back in 2 hours. Called back 5 hours later and got the same . We have to talk to the local office. I asked for a manager and have been on hold for 45 minutes.

I want my mileage cost cut down by 2/3 and they charged me for an additional driver when I told him he was the only driver.

Wow i just called for a car full size car tomorrow and they recognized my voice and said dont worry we will take care of you like always! Thats why I keep going back.

The girls at the Grove St location are great! They always let me pick my car to assure that I'm happy and comfortable. Been going there for about two years for my work and have refered numerous friends and family... Great job!

BEST RENTAL CAR LOCATION...WE HAVE EVER RENTED FROM! Clean Cars...like showroom new, no smoke smell, FULL OF GAS....and all done with the fastest checkout...I have ever seen (45 seconds or so). Mr. Bennett and his team are very accomodating and able to insure that we are in the best vehicle for our family. Recently, we had a death in the family, and Mr. Bennett made sure that he located a large 12 Passenger Van...that enabled us to ALL attend our loved ones funeral. He even helped us to load the VAN....while the rain poured on him... We look forward in their moving to Hwy 16...which is closer to our home, and will enable us to feel a little more safe then in the current location.

Avis St Augustine in the Winn Dixie Shopping Center at 1092 S Ponce De Leon, provides "very clean" cars to rent. On top of their Clean and Fresh Smelling Cars, is their "exceptional" service, fast check ins and check outs, and their attitude to provide a great car at the best possible price. The Agency Owner "Guy Bennett" and his staff always have a smile for us (regardless of some of the customers we have witnessed) who dont have a clue about how exceptional this location is operated. The attention to every detail is incredible, and they DONT TRY HARDER....THEY GET IT DONE...while at the same time treating us like family and business associates. We learned this week that they are moving soon to a larger independent location on Hwy 16, and also heard that they will have AVIS & BUDGET CARS, and BUDGET TRUCKS...and a moving store. We wish ALL of the AVIS and BUDGET locations were operated like this one! We wish Guy and his team great success in their new facility.
