Love this place! Me and my girls are out if towers and they accommodated us with their full staff with kind and courteous service! Gel Shellack and their pedicures a must ! Two thumbs up!

Love the place. I'm from out of town and the can accommodate me and my girls with their well trained staff. Two thumbs up !

This place is great because they are so friendly they keep there wax very warm They also put lotion very comfortable ther smooth you skn 😮it's not so bad This place s where I like it 👍😃

The person whom I made my appointment with was not available so a man did my nails. I explained that my arthritis was a severe concern along with my knuckle surgery. He was extremely rough with my hands. I was shocked at his rudeness. I would never return to CA Nails - I understand why they would change their name. I would give this "salon" zero stars.

Amazing is an understatment. I've been to many nail salon and this one beats the cake! Customer service is spectacular, once I step in the salon they greeted me and ask if I would care for something to drink. The atmosphere is very clean, and tranquil. I have to say this is by far the best pedicure & mani I've ever had. I am very pleasantly satisfied and will be back.

Thank goodness for the new owner. It was a great expirence.I just moved from Salt Lake where i had a great nail salon that I went to but didn't want to use the gas every couple of weeks.I called made an appt they got me right in. I told Tiffany how I liked my nails done and she did them perfectly. Everyone was curtious and happy. I have found my new Paek City Nail Salon. Thanks

Very clean establishment. The new owner is very kind and sincere to his establishment and his customers! The nail technicians here are well trained, quiet, and respectful to customers and one another. The new management is very precise on handling appointments and walk ins. My girls and I came in for a group pedi/mani and we were attended quickly and promptly.. Clean and quiet atmosphere while getting pampered after a long day of skiing !!!!! I love this place as place.. price is about right and service is superb... Highly recommend this place with new owners and management !!!!! Two thumbs up !!!

If you get this place on a quite day ~ you have scored. Decent products and service for the cost. However, biggest down fall is if you make an appt. no guarantee that that time has been saved for you. If you walk in, they usually will tell you 15 minutes which many times turns into 45. So.... good luck and enjoy!

Parkcitien? I would be so interested to know what that means, and why this reviewer feels so superior. Given that the vast majority of those living in Park City chose to live here, and have come from all over the country. I've been going to this nail salon for two years. It's great.

Horrible service! I am from out of town but I can tell a "parkcitien" from a mile away. And that seems to be the owners favorite customers, sooo predictable. I made an appointment over the phone to get my nails done for my senior ball. When I got there the very nice woman at the desk looked up my appointment and went to set me down to get started. But the owner could well he could care less about other customers, he let three walk ins ahead of me, he was rude and incompetent. And had NO customer service or people skills. I would suggest not going there if would would like to be treated respectfully as a customer.

This is my favorite place in city to get my nails done. I have Never had any problems with them!!!!

Watch Out!! The owner of this store has NO customer service skills. We scheduled an appointment here for pedicures and were treated horribly. He let other walk-ins go ahead of us, pulled us from our chairs and then yelled at us like it was our fault for being early. He even screamed and pointed his finger at another customer who not to mention was 8 months pregnant! He blamed everything on his employees and screamed at them as well. If you are looking for a relaxing day at the nail salon trust me this is not the place to go. It was a horrible experience!

Horrible customer service! Owner was verrrrrry abusive to us. Kicked us out of shop because we didn't have an appointment. Since when does California Nails need an appointment. Yelled at us in front of other customers and treated employees just as bad. Never go there!!! Owner needs franchise taken away! Never have been treated so bad and never have I ever written a review, but this warranted a review for me! Can't ever explain how bad it was!

I give this business 0 stars. the owner of this business was completely unprofessional and not to mention rude. As someone who works in customer service I was appalled by by the business owners lack of management skills. The first golden rule of customer service is you never ever argue with the customer. The second is never make them feel uncomfortable. The third is to really listen to what the customer is saying. My experience at this salon was the complete opposite. The owner began an argument about an appointment conflict which myself and my group were prepared to let go and stay for our pedicures. We did not want to fight with him but he would not drop it. He spoke so loudly that the rest of the salon could hear the conversation which made us uncomfortable also yelled at his employees in front of his customers which did not add to the supposed relaxing atmosphere of getting a pedicure. He simply said he didn't care about our complaints and told us to leave.

Just recently went on vacation to Park City and enjoyed everything except this establishment. A mix up by the staff resulted in the rude and unprofessional owner kicking us out mid way through our pedicure. We scheduled to return later in the day only to have the owner again treat our group with disrespect. People like that should not be running a business in this type of economy. In addition to the lack of respect shown to my group, he treated his staff just as bad. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
