Problem1.

Dr ordered a certain procedure. They did not do what was ordered and the MRI had to be done again.

I spoke with the Dr. He was sure he had ordered the correct procedure. He had. This happened 3 times for 3 separate procedures. I find it difficult to believe this could happen 3 times.



This place tries to put the blame for redoing tests on the Dr. When in actuality it is done on purpose to get more insurance money, in my opinion.



Problem 2.

I had called this place several times to insure I could get a valium prior to test. If they could not I would go to the clinic.

Every time they said they could. When I arrived they could NOT.



Problem 3.

Since I had no Valium I was not sure I could do the test. The technician said we would try it and if I needed to come out he would pull me out. During the MRI I was claustrophobic and screaming to have me pulled out technician did not. Said he did not hear me.



Problem4.

I was told to leave my wallet on the ledge next to the technician. No changing room or locker was made available.



I will never return to this place.
