McDonald's

4/12/15 went thru drive thru for 2 reg coffees and 1 frenchfry My husband asked that both coffees be very light with half n half (no sugar) paid over $4 at next window when we looked at coffee it was too dark so he asked female at drivethru window to give us coffee as requested. She asked how many creamers do you want to which he responded he didn't know how many it would take to make them light; with an ATTITUDE she handed him 2 coffees filled to the top that spilled all over my pants, hands onto car seat, rug etc. She watched the whole thing. We went inside to speak to manager who told me "girl is 15, do you have kids?" WHAT does that have to do with what had occurred. Manager was USELESS. I showed her my pants and pocketbook which were wet with coffee and inside of car as well. Once again, manager was USELESS. Is this how you train your personnel and run a business?? The 15 girl thought it was funny and had smirk on face.
