I contracted this guy to build my custom home in 2006. The project ended up taking much more time than he stated. The quality of the work was poor. I ended up in a situation that cost me $$$$ to fix my problems that he would not address. The issues included Roofing,HVAC, Plumbing, and framing problems that led to mold.

After over a year of trying to get to the bottom of this and have him stand behind his work he refused to do anything else so we had no other choice but to sue. The suit was resolved out of court in my favor but ultimately cost me a lot and him a little. Stay away from Cliff Myers. He has poor work ethics and does poor work.
