Terrible. The internet was spotty. Most times we could not get connected to the internet (which they tout as one of their best amenities).We tried to stream in a movie from net-flix but finally had to give up because the internet kept starting and stopping. Then it just stopped... Was told there wasn't anything that could be done about it. Their "cable" TV, we found out, is actually "satellite" TV and has very, very few channels. When you are able to watch TV it is difficult to find an enjoyable program because their channels are so very limited or the snow on the channels prohibit watching. The weather channel does not exist, nothing on the weather channel gives specific information for the Panama City Beach area. Wow - you'd think someone would have thought that us tourists might like to know something about the local weather so we could plan our trip. Duh! The bugs... what can I say about the bugs. DO NOT GO OUTSIDE AFTER 5:00 PM (even sprayed with OFF and wearing a mosquito net). YOU WILL END UP IN THE NEXT COUNTY. Not only are there the more than THE normal barrage of mosquitos, they have what they call "no-seeums". They BITE. and BITE HARD... tHEY ALSO COME THROUGH THE SCREENS IN YOUR RVs so you will have to keep all your windows tightly closed and will not get to enjoy any cool evening air. The resident managers reminded me of the gestapo. It appeared that they made more than necessary rides through the park every evening and if you did one thing wrong (speed, drive the wrong way) (it's hard to see their speed signs as they are posted so low to the ground and the "one way" signs are confusing, too). Stayed in trouble with the management over those things. I even saw them correcting children. Also, they display the Canadian Flag 24/7 and at the same height as the American Flag. Did not like that one bit. I've been trying to teach my children that no flag (none) should ever fly higher than the American Flag, but right there at the gestapo's motorhome is the Canadian Flag flying high as the American Flag. Don't take your family there if you are expecting to have a good time. Only go there if you intend to spend all of your days away from your RV and come home only late at night to sleep.

Have stayed several times. Love the management and the park. Would definitely recommend.
