Since I’ve started coming here, Octavio Rubio has provided excellent advice and service. He’s always punctual and kind and respectful and always makes sure to take care of the customer, and leaves them happy and satisfied with the excellent quality of job he does. He is always available to take care of a customer. I’ve been at different Toyota dealerships but have not gotten the same quality of service I’ve had with him.

I have been bringing my car to Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto since I bought it. Alex Ramirez makes getting my car serviced so easy! He always recognizes me when I show up and takes care of any concerns I might have. Alex explains what will be done to my car and is always there when I pick it up to see if I have any questions. I love having such a great place to bring my car to get serviced.

Magnussen's is an excellent Toyota dealer for Auto service especially my service advisor, Randall Ricalde. He served my car since the first maintenance till now. He is always very kind and friendly to listen your comments and provide a fair suggestions for your car issues. I would say he is one of the best.

We discovered our daughter's car was barely starting. The service department was closed, but I left a message with Alex Ramirez that I'd like to drop the car off by 7am the next morning to see what the problem was. He called me back by 6:35 that morning and said to definitely bring the car in. He was already hard at work with another customer when we arrived and greeted us within minutes. He said they would look into what the problem was. We had the car back within an hour! Our daughter got her car back and was able to get to her summer school class at UCSC that day on time. Thank you Alex and the team at Toyota!

I’ve been coming here for years and had an appointment with Alex Ramirez who I call directly. He’s always able to work with my tight schedule and make sure my hybrid is running smooth. He keeps track of everything for me and is one of the reasons I’d buy another Toyota. I always get very professional and high quality service. This is not the first time I have written a review about my experience with Magnussen's Toyota service dept. Each time my experience has been excellent and this review remains the same. I told Alex Ramirez the problem I was having and he understood and explained to me what needed to be done.
He helped me called for my ride home and was very attentive that I get my ride. I also saw Alex Ramirez again when I picked up my car. My 1997 Camry drives beautifully now.

Thanks to Jared Weber, I got my airbag fixed. My Prius had some problem of the airbag system of the passenger seat, the airbag sign turn ON and OFF intermittently. I had no idea what was going on. They fixed them in a few hours!

Need to purchase a brand new Toyota Camry hybrid within 24 hours. Recommended by Costco auto service to another dealership and found a car that I liked, but the sales person did not bother to negotiate price. So I came to this dealership because it looked like they had good selection. Said Abbas, the sales person who responded my inquiry at 11:30 pm the previous night, showed me the inventory but did not have the color that I like. He got his manager to help and also willing to get me a good discount on the price. We also had almost none negotiation and agreed on my trade-in since the price was good for me. Got the car I like and the price I like thanks to the best sales person Said Abbas. He also followed up by phone to make sure that everything was okay. Excellent service and excellent professionalism. By the way, the financial officer is also excellent! No high-pressure sales on all kinds of after market things and get to the point right there. Highly recommended - one of the best car-buying experience that I have.

I remembered the agent who helped me, and submitted a note regarding him last week, but now I can't think of his name. I want to say Alex Guerra, but I'm not sure. He was great in every way, and I hope you can look at my records from that day & know who I'm referencing.

I contacted Magnussen's Toyota Palo Alto regarding a certified preowned vehicle, and Said Abbas responded quickly. We made an appointment or a test drive a few days later. Said was very helpful and made my second car buying experience less painful than I thought it would be. We had forgotten the map SIM card the day we purchased and Said accommodated us the next day to provide us with the SIM card. Great service and highly recommend for those looking for certified preowned vehicles.

Octavio Rubio at Magnussen’s Toyota is the best! I took my 2011 RAV4 in for routine service and he quickly got my car in queue while I waited. My car was ready sooner than promised, and he explained my car’s test results thoroughly. While I waited he took me to the Sales Department where I was able to purchase an extended warranty on my car. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and attention I received from Octavio Rubio at Magnussen’s Toyota in Palo Alto, and highly recommend this dealership for your servicing needs, as well as sales. 👍 Terry A

We searched in AZ and CA and found the Prius Prime that we wanted at Magnussen's Toyota. Said Abbas gave us his best price online via the inquiry form on their website. His response we prompt, thorough and professional, and the price was the best anywhere in the western US. It took us about a month to get over to CA from AZ, but when we arrived the car was prepped, detailed and ready to go. Initially, there was some confusion about our out-of-state purchase and we wound up having to pay some CA registration fees. Just yesterday we received a check from Magnussen's refunding the CA registration fees. They figured out a better way to handle the out-of-state purchase and refunded the fees after the sale! Unbelievable. My wife and I were shocked to see their check in the mail. Said and Magnussen's just won us as life-time customers. We'll be back when we're ready to buy our Tacoma. Thank you!

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service I received. I traded in my old car for a new one due to the expense it would have cost to repair my old one. Dich Tran helped me to relax and enjoy the experience of getting a new car. He lightened the atmosphere. I initially felt anxious. He processed a few documents for me and made sure I got the opportunity to check out my car before the deal was finalized. He also assisted in transferring all of my personal items from my previous car to the new one.

As always I was greeted on my arrival by friendly greeter.
When Dennis McConnel quickly checked me in and asked if there were any particular problems to be addressed, I assured him it was running fine.
Even though the shop was busy, my car service was done in 3 hours.
