First time I felt discriminated in my professional life. I am an entrepreneur with 3 business and upon walking into this branch I inquired about opening a business account for my newest venture and was referred to the "lady" that opens business accounts. I was quickly told that I wouldn't be able to open a business account because I did not have the right documents and "it wasn't that easy"; furthermore the bank is "too strict" with (cash) deposits, fair enough. Upon returning with my business license and documentation the lady seemed confounded, and perplexed as to why I would return. After a very long wait and with a lot of hesitation she seem to assist me only because she was obliged to do so. While reviewing my paperwork she kept asking me where I was getting my money from, and if I was laundering money(excuse me?), she then preceded to tell me a story of how a "Turkish guy" who had opened an account there wired $40,000 from abroad and how she immediately closed his account. She then warned me that If she ever suspected me of doing the same she would close my account immediately (are you serious?). During the whole process she kept discouraging me from continuing the application process by giving me multiple examples of why it was "too difficult" to get approved and kept warning me of ways she will close my account, even indicating she will stop the review process completely if I ever failed answer one of her calls. After reflecting on the whole experience I concluded that her words and actions were completely unprofessional and decided to share them; I will never return here.

I normally don't do this, but the branch provided exceptional service, so I wanted everyone to know.
