Established in 1987, Nova In Vitro Fertilization provides specialized in state-of-the-art advanced infertility treatments and is located in Palo Alto, Calif. It provides in vitro fertilization, oocyte (ovum, egg) donation, family balancing, intrauterine insemination, gestational surrogacy, oocyte donation with surrogacy and sperm aspiration from testes. Endometriosis
This finding, together with the lack of consistent scientific evidence that surgical or medical removal of endometriosis increases the probability of pregnancy, has led some clinicians to believe that endometriosis is merely a sign of another underlining cause of infertility.
Pregnancy
Following the vitrification process, the embryos are transferred into a liquid nitrogen storage chamber in our Clinic. Theoretically, there is no limit on the length of storage, but conceiving past the age of 40 may result in a high-risk pregnancy.
Labor and Delivery
Children conceived with the help of either "fresh" or frozen donor egg treatment are genetically linked to the male partner and the egg donor, but the female partner is the one who becomes pregnant, nourishes the baby throughout the pregnancy, and experiences the childbirth.
