To the person that wrote the bad review... the ups store did not overcharge you. You are basing your assumptions off of the ups website, and you have no clue how shipping actually works. If your box says 16x16x16 on the box... those are the inside dimensions... the actual dimensions are 17x17x17 for the outside (go ahead and measure it and you'll see). That size box goes at dimensional weight not actual weight... so you could have filled your box up to 30lbs for the same price. These are UPS rules... not the UPS Store. You would get the same price they charged you if you actually put in the correct info on the regular UPS website. Taking that box to the post office with that weight would double the price you paid. To go online and talk bad about a small business for doing their job, which you quite obviously know nothing about, is wrong.

I have been going to this UPS location for years. It was always busy and two to three people working the counter. Service was excellent.
For years I have used the Online UPS Calculate Time and Cost before shipping my package so there were no surprises.

Today, I was charged an additional $5.00 and when I asked why I was charged more I was told not everything is figured in.. That's BS!
My package measured 16x16x16 in. and it was printed on the box... weight 20lbs...
My receipt states 18.6 lbs actual weight 30.00 lbs billable Dims: 17.00x17.00x17.00 in.

I was over charged. This is wrong.
