Children's Physicians

I have been taking both of my daughters here for the past three years. All was good until the last six months. The receptionist don't know what they are talking about. They give medical advice when they don't have a medical license. The receptionist told me that my daughter didn't need a shot for daycare when the doctor said she did. My infant was sick and they told me to be at office at 10:40 and didn't see us until noon. Everybody that comes in after us always gets called in first. It takes five phone calls and over thirty minutes on hold just to make an appointment. Some ARNP wants unnecessary lab work done with a rude attitude every time. This place is very unprofessional and very rude. I do like the doctors there, however I am taking my kids elsewhere.

I would never go back to Children's Physicians in Palm City, FL. They have routinely made me and my daughter wait over 45 minutes to see the physician with an appointment. One visit when my daughter was sick, they completely forgot we were there until they were leaving for their lunch break. They are more focused on their paperwork and money then on treating the children in their office. We had a prescription called into the pharmacy and the pharmacist noticed a problem due to a drug allergy my daughter has and when the pharmacist contacted the physician, the physician at Children's Physicians was rude and uncooperative with the pharmacist. Additionally, if you have any type of debt with their office they will routinely bother you EVERY time you contact them, even if you set up a payment plan they will make you talk to their billing department every time you go to the office or call to make an appointment. I would not recommend this group of physicians to anyone.
