Ordered an rc car for my step daughter. Come to find out, it was totally broken when she received it. I called the company and left a message. It's been a week, and I still haven't received a call back. I even paid $20 extra for it to get to her by Christmas. She didn't get it til the 28th. I am extremely upset with this place.
